1. Services
We provide mobile car battery replacement, jump-start assistance, battery diagnostics, battery health checks, and old battery disposal services within Dubai. Our services are dispatched on demand and are typically completed at the customer's location within 15 to 20 minutes of confirmation.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are accepted via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
- A booking is considered confirmed once we acknowledge it and dispatch a technician.
- Customers must provide accurate details — including vehicle make/model, location, and a working contact number.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, suspected fraud, or unreasonable behaviour.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Service prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and confirmed before the technician departs.
- Final charges may vary based on battery type, vehicle model, location, and time of service.
- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- VAT is included where applicable, in accordance with UAE law.
4. Estimated Arrival Times
While we operate with an average arrival time of 15–20 minutes, actual arrival times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, technician availability, distance, and other factors beyond our reasonable control. Estimated times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
5. Battery Warranty
- All new batteries supplied include a manufacturer warranty (typically 12 to 24 months) which covers manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, faulty alternators, electrical short circuits, deep discharge, or unauthorized modifications.
- Warranty claims must be supported by the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of installation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or use of vehicle.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical faults, computer module errors, or unrelated mechanical conditions in your vehicle.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate location and vehicle information.
- Be present at the location of service or authorize a representative.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible position.
- Disclose any known electrical or mechanical issues prior to service.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking before the technician departs at no charge. If a technician has already arrived at the location, a call-out fee may apply.
9. Use of Website
- The content of this website is for general information and service-booking purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and graphics on this website are the property of On-Site Car Battery Replacement or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, traffic incidents, government restrictions, or technical failures.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
